Make sure they’re available and get a sense of their pricing and services.

2. Finalize Your Date and Venue 

You’ve likely had a few dates in mind, but now it’s time to lock one in! Confirm your wedding date based on your venue’s availability and the availability of your must-have guests and vendors. Finalizing the venue is equally important. Once you’ve toured a few places and found the perfect spot, put down that deposit to secure your date. This step makes everything feel real and gives you a concrete timeline to work with.

3. Start Booking Vendors 

With your date and venue secured, you can start booking your key vendors. Think photographers, videographers, caterers, florists, and entertainment. Reach out to them early to ensure they’re available on your date. Discuss your vision and see if they’re a good fit for your style and budget. 4. Determining Your Wedding Party
